It’s never easy to explain death to a child. My oldest are six and eight and they’ve dealt with the subject before but still don’t understand. Of course, I’m 33 and I still don’t understand. Family pets are especially hard. Sorry for your loss.

be prepared for an early walker! my 3rd one started crawling about about 5 mos too, and was walking at 8 mos. He had 2 older brothers to keep up with. And yes, we had to show him how to shave at 4, and wear a condom at 6. Now he’s 19.

My older walked at 11 months..younger at 9 1/2..He said something about needing to catch his brother..at least that’s what I took the hand gestures and grunting sounds as meaning.

See there, we actually agree on something — that the couple in this letter should have gotten divorced before they twisted their marriage into whatever sad state it’s currently in.

But, seriously, the only thing I would add is that this is a two way street. As in, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander. The wife in the above letter avoided giving blowjobs (then sex altogether), but I know plenty of dudes who avoid being cunning linguists. At both groups I wag my finger. Your partner gave up a lifetime of sexual opportunities to marry you. The least you can do is temporarily ignore your aversion to bodily fluids and drive him/her wild in the bedroom. Fierce mama grizzly – HA! I’m like that too about my baby girl. She was in the hospital for 3 days with fever and dehydration a few days after she was born and they stuck a kid with a contagious stomach virus in the same room as my dehydrated 5 lb, 10 oz baby who would probably have died if she had gotten whatever that baby had. Mama grizzly came out with a vengeance! 5 minutes later someone moved that sick baby out of our room.

I hate to say this but that lady should of seen it coming. Anything you wont do for your dh some other woman will. I’ve been married 15 years andd my hubby hasnt strayed once. Well, maybe you should do what I did after almost 20 years of a sexless marriage and an ever present secret suspicion that my ex was a closet gay. Got nothing against anyone being gay at all, just don’t pretend you aren’t when you know deep down you are, but can’t handle it, and marry someone of the opposite sex and expect them to remain your “best friend” till death do you part. I just said, “Something’s got to change here, or I’m going to have to get a boyfriend”. His response was, “I don’t know what’s wrong with me- it isn’t you. I just never think of sex,”(never mind that as a “man,” he never once even initiated it.) Then he said “do what you have to do.” And that’s when I said it’s over. Not a pretty divorce either. He Eventually told my son and myself that he was gay, my 12 year old son says” duh, mom, everyone knows but you,”
we got divorced, and he married the biggest slut in town a few years ater. And I know he doesn’t like sex period. I know he’s a closet gay, and will always be, because he’s very Catholic. He also ended up taking my son away fom me bydrinking & partying like a teenager with his new wife, letting my son do whatever he wanted, buying him whatver he wanted. Yes, I paid a price with that divorce- I don’t even recognize the person my son has become, but I keep working on and praying to get him back. He know’s his dad is an ass, and a phoney, but at 17, there are just too many goodies for him over there. On the bright side, I also remarried to a wonderful man who actually has some real testosterone surging through his blood. Living a lie takes it’s toll, trust me. I never regret that divorce. Just the loss of my son. But that just ain’t over yet. I say tell it like it is. Just do it.
